Kit Includes: 2 x 5mm Saddles 4 x Stainless Screws or Pop-Rivets (you tell us which you need) 1 x 3mm Jaw/Swage Rigging Screw 1 x 3mm Fork Terminal Swage Hydralic Swaging of the fittings to the wire
At one end you will use: 1 x Saddle 2 x Stainless Screws 1 x Jaw/Swage Rigging Screw (to tension the wire)
At the other end: 1 x 5mm Saddle 2 x Stainless Screws 1 x Fork Terminal Swage
The rigging screw can be pulled apart to feed them through any centre posts. You will need to drill 8mm holes through the center posts.
The price includes the cutting and swaging to the wire. Upon purcasing this item you will need to provide the lengths and quantities of the runs. The lengths will need to be the inside to inside of the end posts. It is important that these measurements are accurate and that you do not move your posts once your order has been placed.
We will do the rest. We will cut the wire to length and hydralically swage the fittings to the wire.
You will also need to purchase the wire to go with these kits. To calculate the wire required multiply the quantity required by the length of the wire. Eg: 11 x 1554 = 17094 11 x 2459 = 27049 11 x 5654 = 62194 Total wire = 106 meters
