After placing your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase aswell as payment details. We receive a copy of your order also and once your payment has been made and cleared (direct deposit usually takes 24hours, credit card is instant), your items are despatched the next working day. There is no need to call to confirm payment has been received.
